After we have received your order, we will process it. First you will receive a confirmation email and after processing, you will receive a shipping email containing a Track & Trace code. If the order arrives damaged, you must immediately contact customer service. We ensure that your money is immediately refunded. We do ask that you immediately send us photos of the damage, so that we can find out whether this is due to the delivery services. If you would like the product, we will immediately send a new one.
